I started ‘coding’ in DOS on a Commodore 64 where I would create smiley faces out of X’s and O’s. And through my background in applied social psychology, I was captivated by how the patterns in data could reveal such profound human insights.

Mindy has turned those passions into a 25-year career in advertising and global research, where she’s had the privilege to partner with leading global brands across a wide variety of industries, particularly technology, lifestyle, and cpg. From her first job as an intern at Leo Burnett to her most recent position as an executive leader at a global research agency, she has gained a deep understanding of how to strategically apply analytics to solve complex problems, both for B2C and B2B companies.
Throughout her career, she’s been the primary architect of several proprietary tools and methodologies, including a quantitative approach measuring the human motivations underpinning Jobs-to-be-done, a social listening tool built on NLP/text analytics, and a user wellbeing measurement tool for social media platforms built from both academic and proprietary research.
